They say you are really lucky if you can find love and a best friend- we say that Bridget and Michael have truly hit the jackpot! This wedding could not have been filled more with fun and love; and we attribute that to these two being the best of friends who have found that love in each other!

When it comes to having fun at a wedding, we think the Turners hit the nail on the head! This couple was so focused on their guest experience and making sure that every aspect of their wedding felt lively, while also capturing their endless love for each other! Bridget and Michael opted for a full Carriage House Experience, with us at Castleton, and this really made for such an easy flowing wedding day for their family and friends to navigate! Their ceremony took place in our Carriage House Gardens and the atmosphere could not have been more beautiful with the luscious trees surrounding them while they said “I do!”

However fun the details of their wedding may have been, it was matched with the sweetest moments of emotion. The Turners chose to do a first look prior to their ceremony and Michael’s reaction to seeing his bride tugged on everyone’s heart strings, he was even able to conjure up some more of this heartfelt emotion when Bridget came down the aisle!

Bridget and Michael selected a vibrant color palette of dusty blue, peach, ivory, and sage green and this vibrancy was executed so well throughout their wedding day. These fun pops of color could be found in all of the details- except the bride’s dress of course! Bridget wowed her groom and her guests in an ethereal gown from White Lace & Promises. Featuring gorgeous lace overlay and a ballgown silhouette, this dress practically said yes to Bridget as it fit her like an absolute glove!

When piecing together her floral arrangements, Bridget made sure to incorporate color! She and Melissa Timm Designs decided on the use of gorgeous juliette light blue delphiniums, peach & ivory roses, and various types of flowing eucalyptus. The light blue tied in perfectly with the pops of blue throughout her wedding– specifically in her varying silhouettes of light blue bridesmaids dresses from Azazie!

Michael surely matched his bride’s energy and was dressed to the 9’s! Mr. Turner took on a very monochromatic look, incorporating the various shades of blue used in the wedding! He topped off his navy tux, from Prestige Tuxedo, with a dusty blue bow tie– how spiffy! To say the Turners turned heads on their wedding day, would be the understatement of the decade!

Now, for the reception– our absolute favorite part of this amazing wedding day! Bridget and Michael really blew away every reception expectation that we have ever had with an evening filled with laughter, dancing, and of course, the photobooth! Making their grand entrance into their reception, the Turners took to the use of their photobooth props and decked out their looks with wigs, boas, and fun sunglasses and strutted into their reception with “Born In the USA” playing in the background!

The bridal party couldn’t let them have all the fun though, as they came in with the music flowin’ too–and it didn’t stop! Stephen Goff Entertainment kept up with this lively crowd and provided tunes that we are sure to never forget! Of course this crowd needed energy to have so much fun!They were treated to a delicious meal of slow cooked roast beef, smothered bbq chicken, and the yummiest sides to complete their traditional southern meal!

Bridget and Michael truly embody the meaning of being a selfless couple! Whether it was their personalized wedding favors or making sure their guests had eaten, this couple truly put their guests first all day long! This crew of family and friends could not get enough of the photobooth that the Turners provided and we couldn’t get enough of watching them have a blast! After dressing up in silly sunglasses or playful wigs, the guests let their new props make their way to the dance floor with them and this brought such life to the party that lasted all night long!

Every step of the way, we had the best time planning this gorgeous wedding with such a lovely couple and we couldn’t be more proud of the amazing team of people we worked with! We’d like to thank the Turner and Erman families for being incredible to work alongside and for celebrating the love of Bridget & Michael!
